We stand behind everything we sell. If there is a manufacturing defect or is the product received damaged, please return the item within 15 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please read below for more information & instructions.

 

Instructions for defective products & damaged shipments 

If lamps arrive at your door in damaged condition, please keep the damaged product and all shipping and packing materials (including the original shipping carton) and apply for a return (see below). Also, please make a few pictures of both the product as well as the (shipping and product) box. Damaged shipments require us to file a claim with the shipping company and they may need this information. 

In case you believe that you have received a defective product, we will issue a replacement within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, subject to availability.  We will pay ground shipping on the replacement product back to you as well as credit you the return shipping cost. If the return is non-defective, you will be responsible for shipping charges (both the return as well as shipping it back to you after inspection. 

If your return is the result of our error, a return postage fee of $5.00 will be credited to you (for return postage). In either situation, please email us at returns@lumigado.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to get you a credit or a replacement. 

 

Return instructions

Please open your package and check it thoroughly before removing any tags/packaging. Lumigado will only accept returns of new, unused, undamaged and unassembled items in their original packaging within 15 days from the date that the order was received. Restocking fees may apply if proper packaging and/or tags are not included. In any case, a return authorization number will be needed or your return will be rejected. You must package the products properly.  Lumigado is not responsible for any damage to the products during return transit by the shipping company.  Damaged items are not eligible for credit. Lumigado is also not responsible for any lost packages during return shipping.  We recommend that customers obtain insurance and receipts for any packages returned to us.

 

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are usually mentioned on the product page and serve only as an indication given by our suppliers. We will always perform everything in our power to meet this timeframe but are sometimes subject to our partners'supply chain or force majeur. In this case, we will inform you by email about the delay and give a new estimated date of shipment (if available).

In the event an estimated lead time is missing on the product it means Lumigado did not receive a reliable general wait time from the manufacturer. We advise that the order time, in this case, can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 16 weeks depending on the vendor. After you place your order we will inform you about the estimated date of shipment once we received this information from the supplier.

Backorders

In the description of the product, we indicate if we carry inventory. Occasionally, however, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. If this should occur, we will inform you by email and offer you the choice to wait, cancel or replace by a similar item. In any case, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

Lumigado wants you to be confident that you receive the best prices by shopping with us. If you find the same exact product advertised for less by one of our competitors within 10 days of your purchase, we will gladly match that price excluding shipping and handling. Please note that our 100% Price Guarantee applies only to the identical product from the same manufacturer. The competitor must be an authorized dealer of the product and it must be a stock item, available for shipment and not on extended backorder. A website link or written quote from the competing vendor for the same product(s) shipped to the same address must be sent to Lumigado. Sales tax, shipping, and handling will be factored in to determine the final price. 100% Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance items. Other restrictions may apply.
