Perfect customer service
The pendant is beautiful but arrived damaged due to poor handling. We mailed lumigado and a replacement was send right away. You could see they took extra care as they packaged the product with extra bubblewrap to make sure it would not arrive damaged again. That is what I call perfect afterservice.
